Our friends at Fathia Vineyards would like to invite you to their Harvest Celebration.
Saturday, October 22, 2016 | 1pm - 4:30pm
Join the Fathia wine family for an unforgettable experience featuring a champagne reception on a private estate and four courses paired with their wines. Dishes will be made by Chef Mario Garcia from Mexico City. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, Chef Mario came to the US 23 years ago to pursue his dreams and a brighter future. Today, Chef Mario collaborates with other chefs, restaurants, caters weddings and special events. He's looking forward to sharing his delicious creations with you!First Course
Jumbo scallops, corn cake, beurre blanc orange sauce and micro greens paired with their 2013 Sauvignon BlancSecond Course
Arugula and mixed green salad with figs, walnuts, manchego cheese and cherry vinaigrette paired with their 2015 Viognier

Rack of lamb, cimichurri sauce and roasted fingerling potatoes paired with their 2013 Cabernet
Fourth Course
Puffed pastry with figs and muscat canelli sauce paired with their 2013 Muscat
