We’re thrilled to introduce Isabella Guerrero, a results-oriented Senior at Santa Clara University studying Business Management and Entrepreneurship. With a proven track record in sales, startup management, digital marketing, and data analytics.
Isabella is currently a senior at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She is set to graduate early in March 2025.
At Santa Clara University, Isabella has actively contributed to various organizations, serving on the DEI Committee in Kappa Alpha Theta, mentoring in the Entrepreneurship Program, and being selected to join the Venture Virtuoso 2024 Cohort. Most recently, Isabella competed as a VCIC (Venture Capital Investment Competition) member at USC, showcasing her skills in startup evaluation, investment strategy, and venture capital decision-making.
Her results-oriented mindset is evident in her role as a Sales Consultant at AT&T, consistently exceeding sales goals by an average of 160% and earning recognition as a Top Sales Performer. In addition to her sales expertise, she is also a Marketing Specialist at Fuel AI (SCU BVA Startup), where she has successfully driven a 10x increase in customer sign-ups, expanded the company’s presence to over 100 countries, and executed high-impact digital marketing campaigns. Her entrepreneurial mindset was evident early on as the Founder of That’s So Rad, a tie-dye clothing brand she successfully launched and scaled through e-commerce, SEO optimization, and influencer marketing.
Passionate about business innovation, sales, venture capital, and digital marketing, Isabella is eager to continue growing in industries where strategy, creativity, and data-driven decision-making converge.
