Jessica earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) both from California State University of Monterey Bay.
Today, Jessica is not just only executing marketing activities on a day-to-day basis for Cisco, her passion for philanthropy has led her to actively engage in her community by volunteering in different nonprofit organizations.
