  Today's SVL Cultura Ambassador is Jessica Ruvalcaba A Field Marketing Manager for the Cisco America’s Theater Marketing Enablement team focused on driving awareness and adoption of marketing and services solutions programs across the America’s. Jessica serves on the board of Conexión (Cisco’s ERO group) as the Director of Talent Development Pipeline in where she drives Cisco’s talent pipeline through business partnerships, mentoring programs, and specialized technology focused programs to increase innovation and influence Cisco's growth. Jessica Ruvalcaba - SVL Cultura Ambassador Moreover, Jessica is a Cisco inclusion and diversity Ambassador in where she advocates and preforms as a role model for Cisco values and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Jessica helps build a culture of inclusion by recognizing cultural observances and initiating diversity efforts in the workplace.   Jessica earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) both from California State University of Monterey Bay.   Today, Jessica is not just only executing marketing activities on a day-to-day basis for Cisco, her passion for philanthropy has led her to actively engage in her community by volunteering in different nonprofit organizations.
