Oscar Cordova was born and raised in Mexico. He immigrated to the United States at the age of 12 with his family, looking for a better life. Oscar earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from San José State University and completed his MBA from St. Mary's College. He holds a Project Management Certificate from Stanford University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Oscar held management and leadership positions in various organizations at Cisco where he was able to shape his career after college. He currently holds a position as a Sr. Manager Channel Operations at Palo Alto Networks, where he is responsible for developing and executing all Global Channel systems and processes.
Throughout the rise of his career, Oscar has not forgotten about his Hispanic roots. He spends time improving the prospects for those with a similar cultural background. Oscar was part of the Conexion’s board, Cisco’s employee Latino resource group. He was able to launch a Stretch Assignment Marketplace to allow employees to gain exposure and networking opportunities. He also partnered with Saint Mary’s College to create a four-year college rotational internship program focused on minorities.
Oscar is also the founding member and current president of Juntos, Palo Alto Networks Latinx employee network where he is actively pushing his vision to attract, retain and develop Latinos. In his free time, Oscar enjoys spending time with his six-year-old son, playing the piano, traveling and trying to pick up Salsa dancing.

Arnie Lopez came to the Bay Area from La Paz, Bolivia as a young child. Thirty years later, he is VP of Systems Engineering at Forescout, a global leader in Frontier AI cybersecurity. This is what persistence looks like.
It's official. Griselda Gonzalez has been installed as Chairwoman of the California Moving & Storage Association. The first immigrant Latina and only the sixth woman to lead the association in its 108-year history.
