As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we highlight Latina leaders making a difference, including Dr. Belinda Hernandez Arriaga, a dedicated mental health advocate and community champion. As the founder of ALAS, she has transformed the lives of Latino families through mental health services, education, and cultural programs in the Half Moon Bay Area.
