On June 25th, Silicon Valley Latino had the pleasure of screening its award-winning documentary "CAMPESINOS: America's Unsung Heroes" at Stanford University. SVL was delighted to have collaborated with Lorena Fregoso and Samantha Chacon Sifuentes, Co-Chairs to the La Raza Employee Resource Group, who invited members of this special ERG to participate in the screening and post screening panel discussion.

It was a true pleasure to have had the opportunity to bring our film to Stanford and incredibly meaningful to us to have screened it the historic "El Centro Chicano y Latino". We would also like to thank El Centro's staff (Elvira Prieto, Margaret Sena, Ph D. and Jacob Velasquez for their hospitality.
We look forward to collaborating on future projects with La Raza members and El Centro's team in the future. There is much work to be done.
