Celebrating Our Partnerships: Thanking Silicon Valley Latino's Outgoing Advisory Board Members

Today, we're feeling a mix of emotions—gratitude, nostalgia, and excitement—as we announce some changes within our Silicon Valley Latino familia. It's with both a heavy heart and boundless appreciation that we bid farewell to some of our Advisory Board Members.

From the very beginning, some of these incredible individuals have stood by us, lending their wisdom, passion, and unwavering support to our mission of spotlighting the beauty and diversity and the positive impacts of the Latino community. Together, we've embarked on unforgettable journeys, creating impactful projects that have resonated deeply with audiences far and wide.

Who could forget the journey of our award-winning documentary, "CAMPESINOS: America's Unsung Heroes"? It's a project that's not just a film but a testament to the resilience and spirit of Latino farmworkers.

And let's not forget the incredible work of The SVL Agency, our full-service creative agency, which has flourished, about 9 years ago, under their watch . From startups to nonprofits, the Agency's storytelling prowess has brought countless visions to life, leaving a lasting impact on every project that has been taken on.

As we bid farewell to these leaders, we want to express our appreciation for the indelible mark they've left on our organization. Nancy Rosales, Arnoldo Avalos, Richard L. Garcia, Jose (Pepe) R. Gomez, Marisol Morales, Jesse Martinez, Tony Quintero, and Angel Chavez.

But as one chapter ends, another begins. In the coming weeks, we will be welcoming our new Advisory Board Members, each bringing their unique perspectives, talents, and experiences to our family. Together, we'll continue to push boundaries, spark conversations, uplift the voices of the Latino community, and take SVL to new heights.

So here's to new beginnings, to cherished memories, and to the beautiful tapestry of voices that make up the Silicon Valley Latino community. Stay tuned for more updates, and join us as we celebrate the incredible achievements of our outgoing Advisory Board Members and help us welcome the new Advisory Board Members, Arnaldo Lopez, Belinda Arriaga, Anna Dapelo Garcia, Salvador Chavez, Oscar Robles, and Michelle Linares.
