We are thrilled to announce that Executive Cultura Ambassador Javier Díaz & OSI Engineering Celebrate Diversity Supplier of the Year Award

On behalf of Silicon Valley Latino, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Javier and the entire OSI Engineering team, a renowned provider of Technology Workforce Solutions to leading technology innovators and Forbes 100 companies, for being recognized as the Diversity Supplier of the Year by the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC). The WRMSDC, an affiliate of NMSDC, is an esteemed organization that celebrates outstanding minority suppliers, corporate members, and community partners in Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Receiving this distinguished award is a momentous achievement for OSI Engineering, underscoring their continued commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, while also championing the development of future technologies with diversity in mind.

Javier Diaz, CEO of OSI, expressed his gratitude, stating, "We are honored to receive this award from WRMSDC, which recognizes our dedication to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our team is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and diversity is a key driver of our success as well as that of our partners who are driving tomorrow’s innovations."

OSI Engineering has consistently prioritized the promotion of diversity and inclusion, both within their own organization and throughout their network of partners and suppliers.

Christine Liwai Garcia, Vice President of Program Development & Minority Business Services at WRMSDC, praised OSI Engineering, saying, "WRMSDC proudly commends OSI Engineering for its unwavering dedication to excellence in services, sales growth, and job creation. “OSI has supported WRMSDC’s activities in the past and is an engaged member of our community, building bridges for fellow minority entrepreneurs both within and beyond our diverse community. The Council is proud of their achievements, and we look forward to their continued success.”

Once again, we congratulate Javier and the team at OSI Engineering on this well-deserved recognition, and we applaud their ongoing efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology industry.
