SVL welcomes Andrea Brenholz as our newest SVL Advisory Board Member

At Silicon Valley Latino, we celebrate the inspiring journeys of leaders who embody resilience, vision, and a deep commitment to community. Andrea Brenholz, the dynamic CEO of a prominent Silicon Valley company, is a shining example of these qualities. Her story is one of perseverance, growth, and an unwavering dedication to empowering others.

Andrea's path to success is deeply rooted in her family's legacy. Growing up in the staffing industry, she watched her immigrant parents build ATR International from the ground up in 1988. Their relentless work ethic became the foundation of her own drive, fueling her ascent through the ranks of ATR over 17 years. Along the way, Andrea honed her business acumen through prestigious programs at the University of Washington, Stanford, and Northwestern—where she also serves as an advisory panel member.

But Andrea's impact extends far beyond corporate achievements. She is a mentor, advocate, and voice for women and minorities striving to excel in the staffing industry. Her recognition as one of Staffing Industry Analysts' 2018 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing is a testament to her influence. She serves on the National Board for Latinx Professionals, inspiring and connecting the Latinx community, and on the Women of Color in Staffing Advisory Board, where she champions diversity and inclusion.

Andrea's commitment to giving back doesn't stop there. As a board member and volunteer instructor with First Tee Silicon Valley (FTSV), she is shaping the next generation of leaders. Through her podcast, *Unicorn in the Boardroom*, Andrea encourages minority groups to aim high and achieve their full potential.

Andrea’s extensive experience in leadership, business growth, and community engagement aligns seamlessly with Silicon Valley Latino's mission. She envisions amplifying SVL’s efforts by celebrating the success stories of Latinas and Latinos, challenging stereotypes, and inspiring the next wave of Latino superstars. With her background in staffing, Andrea is poised to help create more opportunities for Latinos across various industries, ensuring their voices are heard and celebrated.

Her deep connections with organizations like Latinas in Tech and Latinx Professionals further underscore her commitment to uplifting the Latino community. Andrea’s vision for SVL includes leveraging our media platforms and events to connect and inspire the Latino community. Her marketing and sales expertise, coupled with her passion for diversity and inclusion, will help SVL educate, engage, and empower.

Andrea is not just a visionary—she's a "get it done" leader. She’s eager to bring her energy, experience, and ideas to SVL’s work, creating a more inclusive and empowered Latino community. We’re excited to have her join our SVL Advisory Board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make.

Join us in welcoming her!
