We’re thrilled to introduce Lily Ontiveros, a dynamic Collegiate Cultura Ambassador at Silicon Valley Latino! A senior at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, Liliana is a double major in Marketing and Spanish, with a minor in Retail Studies.
Liliana Ontiveros is currently in the winter quarter of her senior year at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. She is double majoring in Marketing and Spanish with a minor in Retail Studies. Throughout her time at Santa Clara University, she has had the privilege of participating in various extracurricular organizations, including the ACE Leadership Program, where she served as a member, mentee, and mentor.
Additionally, she joined the Bronco Academy of Mentorship, starting as a mentor in her junior year and now serving as the Mentorship Chair for this term. Within her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi (Theta Pi chapter), she has held two officer positions, serving as Director of Inclusion and Wellness Specialist. She has also served as President of the Panhellenic Honor Society during her junior year, where she facilitated connections among collegiate women in Greek life through community service events and an award ceremony. Liliana has also had the pleasure of working at Coherus BioSciences as a digital marketing intern, at Study.com as a growth marketing intern and at SVA Life Sciences Consulting as a Digital marketing intern. She is expected to graduate with academic Cum Laude honors in June 2025.
After graduation, she aspires to collaborate on marketing campaigns that foster connection through authentic storytelling in the retail industry while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Bay Area’s dynamic and innovative business environment aligns perfectly with her ambition to work with forward-thinking retail companies while staying close to her family and friends.
We invite our community members to reach out to her if you are in need of a latina leader with her qualifications!

He was the first in his family to graduate college. Now he's Dr. Antonio López: Marshall Scholar, former Mayor of East Palo Alto, and San Mateo County's Poet Laureate. This is the story of a bridge built wide enough for everyone who comes next.
Arnie Lopez came to the Bay Area from La Paz, Bolivia as a young child. Thirty years later, he is VP of Systems Engineering at Forescout, a global leader in Frontier AI cybersecurity. This is what persistence looks like.
It's official. Griselda Gonzalez has been installed as Chairwoman of the California Moving & Storage Association. The first immigrant Latina and only the sixth woman to lead the association in its 108-year history.
